Password not Working?
Due to technical difficulties with the password databases
many student, staff and faculty passwords have either been reset or expired.
The following steps will solve these problems:
-
Novell Error: Invalid Credentials
-
Incorrect Password
-
Password Expired
-
Unable to login into Vista.weber.edu
-
Unable to login into student mail
Step 1: Generating a Temporary Password
The first step needed is to generate a temporary
password.
To get a temporary password go to
http://pepe.weber.edu and click on the link
that says “Get your Wildcat ID”.
 The
following page requires you to put in your birthday
and social security number. They need to match the
format provided (Birthday - dd/mm/yyyy; SSN -
777777777). You may have to put your information in
2 to 3 times in order to push it through the
system.
 The
next screen you may or may not see is the acceptable
use policy. Please read through this before
continuing. To proceed just click on the “I AGREE
to the acceptable use policy.”
 The
next screen will provide you with your temporary
password. For convenience highlight and copy (CTRL
+ C) the temporary password. At this point please
return to
http://pepe.weber.edu by typing it into the
address bar or simply clicking the back arrow twice.

Step 2:
Changing your
Password
Return to the e-Weber portal put in your Wildcat ID and paste (CTRL + V) the
temporary password.
 The next screen will tell
you that your password has expired and that you need to change it.
New Passwords must have

After typing your password correctly you may get this Error Screen.

This is GOOD! Just click where it says “click here” and retype your
Wildcat ID and this time use the new password that you just setup.
This should get you into your account. If these steps do not work for
you please contact Computing Support at (801) 626-7777.
Step 3:
